Our services start with a free consultation at your property where advice is given on the local authority approvals required, the potential for the design solution for your property, and the likely outcome cost of your proposal.

We are pleased to put you in touch with reliable and capable builders, structural engineers and any other specialist service that may be required to complete your project and provide all the detailed approvals for the local authority to ‘sign off’ the works and for full compliance with all legislation.

We produce all drawings, using Computer Aided Design packages as well as traditional draughting and art work techniques to help explain the look of your scheme to clients and planners.
